Explosive with floral spices, this bar introduces a granular melt and a steady progression from bright organic Ceylon cinnamon to deep, salt-driven chocolate with a subtle smoky warmth. We have been told on multiple occasions by friends and fans
alike that this either takes them back to their childhood in Mexico or is the best interpretation of cinnamon chocolate they have ever tried. We are proud to say that we believe them, as it is ever so hard to put the stuff down once you've tasted it.
This bar also includes a recipe for using it as drinking chocolate during the winter months. We love using local whole milk for our versions, but just plain ole water makes an unbelievable and more traditional version that is second to none.
