Our Smoked Nib Brittle is made using O&S cacao beans, “nibs” that have been smoked in our friend Allan Benton’s prized smoked house in Madisonville, TN. Once immersed in Benton's signature smoke and encased in buttery brittle we then finish it with a layer of our fudgy 67% chocolate.
