It's just like it sounds. In the heart of Tennessee you’ll find a factory where organic, fair trade cacao beans come in and delicious artisan chocolate bars leave. Slow-roasted and stone ground in small batches, select single origin cacao beans are combined with pure brown sugar for a smooth and robust flavor unique to Southern Artisan Chocolate™.
Our combination of traditional methods, modern European techniques, and classic Southern flavors make Olive & Sinclair the NEW old-fashioned chocolate. Pure brown cane sugar creates a slow sweet warm up, and alongside our in-house roasted cacao beans it’s the only other ingredient you’ll see in our bars. We also utilize a variety of other techniques from the Southern foodscape to create our unique offerings, from aging our cacao nibs in bourbon barrels to smokin’ em in prized smokehouses, and of course using buttermilk to balance sweetness and add complexity to our white and milk chocolates.
