What is Chocuterie? We’re glad you asked! Typically reserved for a factory-exclusive offering, our Chocuterie is our sweet version of salami, made in small batches with a blend of chocolate, fruits, and nuts, and sliced and eaten like salami. Each batch we make is unique, but always pairs well with wine, fancy cheeses, sweets, and, of course, chocolate!

Don’t sleep on these Ghost Pepper Caramels. They may look sweet and innocent, but while they lure you in with that decadent caramel sweetness up front, a sneaky burst of heat is lying in wait! While not for the faint of heart, these caramels are balanced and bold, and, in the end, all is well that ends well as the heat subsides and you are left once again with that dreamy creamy sweetness. Our Bourbon Nib Brittle is made by aging our cacao beans, "nibs"  in select small batch bourbon barrels from our friends at Corsair Distillery. Taste the nuance of some of the south's finest bourbons combined with caramelized, buttery brittle, for a unique southern twist on a classic confection. It is a surefire hit for any bourbon lover and sure to convert any Bourbon non-believer! A bite without the burn!
