Taste the nuance of some of the south's finest bourbons combined with caramelized, buttery brittle, for a unique southern twist on a classic confection. Our Smoked Nib Brittle is made using O&S cacao beans, “nibs” that have been smoked in our friend Allan Benton’s prized smoked house in Madisonville, TN. Once immersed in Benton's signature smoke and encased in buttery brittle we then finish it with a layer of our fudgy 67% chocolate.
